Real Estate Market Report of Home Sales for January-September 2007 for Moline, Illinois:                                                                                    Moline, Illinois First Through Third Quarter 2007 Home Sales Down 18.1%, Average Home Sales Price Up 5.3% from 2006! REALTOR-assisted "Closed" single-family home sales in the city of Moline, Illinois decreased by 18.1% in the first two quarters of 2007, down from the same period in 2006. With 369 closed sales transactions from January 1 to September 30, 2007, the Moline market showed a decrease of 81 units (18.1%) from the 2006 total of 450 closed sales transactions.
