Hi All, In my philosophical thinking, it struck me that my grandparents owned their home, a car, modern conveniences, took vacations, had nice clothes, and only one income in the household. Today we struggle to pay our debts with 2 persons working, will never pay off the mortgage, have little money for vacation, don't wear the ties, or hats of a nice wardrobe, rather jeans and sporting shoes are common. Let me state my grandpa was not rich, he was a gas station attendant, later a bus driver. How did they afford that nice bungalow?
