Kildeer Real Estate - It's All Single Family Homes The Kildeer real estate market is not a big one, so producing an array of charts and graphs every month would have zero meaning. Much better for me to write about the Kildeer real estate market for the whole year in 2011 and focusing on what sellers really want to know. Here are some facts on the market for the entire year of 2011. There where 42 home sales in 2011. Average list price was $611,950 Average sales price was $568,948 which represents 93% of asking price. Most activity was in the 4 bedroom home sales which accounted for 30 of the 42 sales. Kildeer's real estate market is small.To date this year we have closed 42 sales. 37 of the sales were detached homes, the other 5 were vacant lot sales. So what I wanted to do was have a look at the sales over the year to see if there is any apparent change in market times, and are they declining. Why would I do this? Simply because it's almost December and although our winter with snow will be in full swing for the next 3 months, many home owners that need to sell will list their homes for sale from January 2nd onwards and I assume might like to know. A small town in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Kildeer real estate  is primarily higher end homes on 1 or more acre lots but I searched the internet this morning and found it lacking in market reports.
