The total number of sales is slightly lower and the average sold price is lower than in 2010. 254 closed sales in 2011 versus 266 in the same period in 2010 The average sold price is $309,356 in 2011 versus $341,524 in 2010. Eagle Brook Geneva IL Market Update November 29, 2011 Eagle Brook in Geneva IL  offers over 500 custom single family homes set around wetland preserves, parks  and the Eagle Brook Golf Course.
