St. Zachary is a Catholic Parish and School located in Des Plaines IL.  The address for Saint Zachary's 567 W. I collected all single family home data about Des Plaines, IL from MLS and made this easy to understand chart so we can see the real estate market trends for the past five years. As we can see below, there were 738 properties sold in 2010 in Des Plaines, IL with an average market time of 181 days. Average sold price was $170,829.  The current average listing price in Des Plaines is $205,020. Slightly higher compared to the average sold price at the end of 2010. As I type the average market time is 187 days and there are more than 250 homes available from $200,000 - $400,000 price range.
