To push a price or not when it comes to selling your Barrington Home? No Shriners, No marching bands, just big yellow school buses in all directions.  I can't wait for the weather to change.  Am I imagining it but is traffic just getting worse each year.  Guess it doesn't pay to cut down Hart to avoid the grief on 14 at 59.  How early or late does one need to schedule their commute to have a chance?  At least it is Friday!  Have a great day!

Will someone please tell me why doing something financially correct results in a lower credit score?  1) You are sitting there with balances on three credit cards at 14-21%.  As luck would have it, you receive an offer to transfer your balances to a zero interest credit card.  No interest for 12 months!  You immediately transfer your balances.  While this is a financially wise move, it results in two factors that will reduce your credit score.  First, you have opened a new account.  Second, your transfered balance represents a high utilization of your new authorized limit - if you closed the other accounts after transfering their balances, your overall utilization rate is now higher than it was resulting in a credit score reduction.  2) You will need some new furniture for the home you ...
