That means there is about 18.6 months of inventory – given the current rate of absorption. As of September 3, 2008 there are currently 38 townhomes/condos for sale in Barrington and Barrington hills - ranging in price from $167,000 to $400,000 dollars 4 Barrington and Barrington Hills IL townhomes/condos closed in the past three months.                             Home Sales - Market Statistics for Barrington & Deer Park Illinois - zip  60010 Our number of sales are down for the first half of 08 compared to the same period last year, but the average LP(List price) and SP(Sale price) are higher.  The LP vs SP ratios are a little lower this year, and the market times have increased this year. 2008 monthly sales have been increasing this year with July being our best month. How would you like to save $.08/gallon? Consider this - All you need to do is pay $50 for a gas card to receive $51 worth of gas.  If your reaction was "so what", you should do the math.  $51 buys you 12.23 gallons @ $4.17/gal.
