After 3 months of relative inactivity, my phones have really been ringing. It's funny, when the market was superheated and everyone was dying to get involved in this market, we had to make room for everyone. Now, when rates are 2% lower than they were last year, and inventory is 30% higher than it was back then, nobody wants to do anything in this market. What gives??
