Out of 40 lakefront homesites at Dover Bay Resort, there are now just 9 remaining.  The final two lakefront lots at Dover Point (on the hill on the east side of the resort) are now pending, with my personal clients being the buyers.  The other lakefront lots were the 9 sites at Sandy Beach which were part of the original release in 2005 and 2006, 13 lots at Riverside mostly sold in 2006, and the 8 Dover Point lots. West Dover was previously offering 17 homesites with 100 ft of frontage each, 5 of which were on the marsh or inlet, rather than lakefront.  The idea behind the re-platting is to make West Dover Bay a more exclusive and private part of Dover Bay Resort.  There will be an automatic gated entryway on O'Donnell Drive as you enter this western most section of Dover past the resto... 10/02/2008
