Out of 40 lakefront homesites at Dover Bay Resort, there are now just 9 remaining.  The final two lakefront lots at Dover Point (on the hill on the east side of the resort) are now pending, with my personal clients being the buyers.  The other lakefront lots were the 9 sites at Sandy Beach which were part of the original release in 2005 and 2006, 13 lots at Riverside mostly sold in 2006, and the 8 Dover Point lots.
