Luxury Homes in Wailea Maui.  Today I was up early and drove into the office in Wailea.  I was on a mission today, had a web-cast, working with a new buyer and off to view homes on a caravan in Wailea neighborhoods.  There were a couple amazing homes on the market. I really like this home in Maluhia in Wailea Maui.  Just a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean in Wailea Resort. Wailea Maui Real Estate Market ReportThe Wailea real estate market has been moving along steady since we have the elections behind us.  Since November 2016 there has actually been seven homes that have sold.  The lowest price home at 3122 Kikihi St in Wailea Kialoa was listed at $2,198,000 and sold for $1,900,000.  This home was on the market for 352 days, which is a long time and is reflected in the sales price.The most expensive home that sold was in Makena, Maui.  A beautiful home on Black Sands Beach was listed at $15,900,000. and sold for $15,500,000.  There was 5,398 sf of luxury  oceanfront real estate, with four bedrooms and seven baths.  This luxury oceanfront home in Makena Maui was only on the market for 76 days, priced right and quick sale.So for active existing homes in Wai... 01/28/2017
