Food trucks and huli-huli bbq chicken in Kihei Maui HI So many good food choices were available at the corner of S. Kihei Road and Keonekai Road the other day.  The vacant lot had 3 Maui food trucks, and the huli-huli chicken guys too!  The smell of the barbecuing chicken smelled so good but it wasn't quite ready to sell, so we settled for the burritos from the Korean Taco truck.  Also available was Jawz fish tacos, and Puerto Rican cuisine. I personally believe that running a tenant credit check is a must to ensure you are approving the best applicant possible.  In doing so, however, you (the landlord) are subjecting yourself to the regulations of the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Housing Act.
