South Maui Sunset Brokers Open - Tuesday May 18, 2010 Yesterday I attended a brokers open in Kihei Maui, where a number of homes mostly on Halama Street were featured.  Halama St. is one of those quiet residential streets that runs along the coastline, 1 block back from busy South Kihei Road.  As you can imagine, anything on the oceanfront comes with a premium price tag, whether it's a mansion or a fixer-upper.
