It was a big day for the courts at Hoapili Hale in Wailuku, we saw over 90 foreclosures announced in some fashion or another, from Foreclosures, to postponements, to cancellations. South Maui Sunset Brokers Open - Tuesday May 18, 2010 Yesterday I attended a brokers open in Kihei Maui, where a number of homes mostly on Halama Street were featured.  Halama St. is one of those quiet residential streets that runs along the coastline, 1 block back from busy South Kihei Road.  As you can imagine, anything on the oceanfront comes with a premium price tag, whether it's a mansion or a fixer-upper.
