The Puna Community Development Plan or short PCDP was passed in the late summer of 2008 and is the direct result of efforts of Puna residents to actively influence the future of Puna and it's development. The Plan contains guide lines, regulations in terms of properties, subdivisions, traffic, infrastructure etc. The most important points of the PCDP: 1. Improvement of Puna's network of roads.
