Kailua Estates is located close to Kailua Town, as well as the famous Kailua Beach. The local elemetary, and intermediate schools are also right there for children to ride their bikes to. It is a highly regarded area for these various reasons, and is known to be an older clean and manicured neighborhood with larger lots. The houses are generally built from the 40's to the 70's, and the general price ranges it has been commanding is between 1 to 1.3 million. Kailua Town area has a group of condo's and townhomes that is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and Kailua Beach. A great convenient way to live. No upkeep of the yard and you can come and go as you please. The variety of condos and townhomes in this area vary in amenities and price ranges.  The particular condo that I am speaking of today is one of the most affordable complexes in the area. Food Trucks Arise!!  After the lawmakers finally adjusted the law the food trucks are back without fear of fines that would put them out of business, the  Eat Out Kailua is back.  It will be held in Enchanted Lake Elementary's parking lot this Saturday from 4 to 8pm.  Foodies can enjoy street eats from Soul Patrol, Chicago Eatz, Cooking Fresh for You, and Shogunai Tacos.  Eat Out Kailua happens on the third Saturday each month.
