Kailua Town area has a group of condo's and townhomes that is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and Kailua Beach. A great convenient way to live. No upkeep of the yard and you can come and go as you please. The variety of condos and townhomes in this area vary in amenities and price ranges.  The particular condo that I am speaking of today is one of the most affordable complexes in the area. Kailua is a small beach town on Oahu with approximately 50,000 residents living there.
