The highly anticipated Ka Malanai condos in Kailua are coming soon! Here is the latest announcement.....Estimated sales will begin this summer. I also took a picture last week from Kailua Road. Not the greatest pic, but it shows the construction site of the first of 6 buildings being built. The project has posted 4 floor plans so far. There are 2 bedroom floor plans, one 1287 sf and the other 1270 sf interior. Then there are 3 bedroom floor plans, one 1515 sf, and the other 1529 sf interior. Compared to the other condos in the area, these tend to be a little more roomy inside.
