I went to my regular haircut place on Kapahulu Avenue last week.  The owner and I always have things to talk about because we both live in Palolo Valley and we see each other regularly. The owner asked me if I knew a certain realtor.  I knew the name and had spoken with this person before, however I didn't know that realtor personally.
