...just finished the redesign of the front end of HiloTownRealEstate.com.  It was tough.  How does an author make sure the web site is compatible with IE7, Mozilla & Safari AND tell an attractive photo story of a town on its main page with just one photo? The answer was the xhtml & css could be written and tested, but we could not choose one photo for the background.   So we now have a web site that works with IE7, Mozilla & Safari AND the user can select one of seven photos from the right side of the page that may appeal to them for the background on the main page.  The tools used for the job were my Nikon D-50, Photo Shop Elements, Note Pad, IE7, Mozilla & Safari. The number of Land sales in our S Hilo Real Estate district are down since thier peak in February of 2004.
