Client of this commercial property has leased in the past to tree companies and general contractors. The reason is it's central location, nice office layout and large yard for material and equipment. The issue is these working type of companies are hard on the property, the yard becomes a mud pit, the building gets banged up etc.So I am attempting to change direction and lease to a creative type of company; photographer, artists etc. Please give me your thoughts!Thank youRick678 209 3100Rickferguson@ATL-cre.com  New Creative Space is Available on a Large Property Office/Studio/Retail- 1,872 sf on approx. 05 acre 3913 Flowers Rd Atlanta, GA 30360 $3,850.00 per mo. Interestingly, one local county, Dekalb, in the Atlanta area has enacted a "Low Flow" policy wherein any homes sold within the county must be certified as having all low flow plumbing fixtures. This policy came about during the last local drought and is an effort to conserve water. The actual maximum flow rates are 2.2 gallons per minute in the Kitchen, 2 gallons per minute from other faucets, and toilets that use 1.6 gallons per flush or less. These all have to be certified by a licensed plumber, home inspector, or Department of Watershed Management inspector. All well and good, but what happens if the fixtures are not low flow? The Buyer is on the hook to bring these items up to code, at a cost not to exceed $1,000 per toilet. Wow, the Buyer? I would think the Seller should have these it...

If you speak to the home seller about your budget, he or she might be willing to work with you. Also, there aren’t that many homebuyers during the holidays, so you might be the one they have been waiting for to finally sell and relocate. Always stick to your budget. Low priced properties are common during the holidays. Most home sellers might be in a hurry to leave the area as soo...

I'll have to thank my sister in Montana (well maybe only partly) to turning me into a beer snob. Yeah, I used to be that Miller Lite kinda guy. With an occasional detour with Corona or Heinekin. But all that has changed with the ever-growing craft beer industry. (I could say craze, but that might make one think this is just a fad...and we know that is not the case!) But, then....there is Georgia! The Georgia Craft Brewery Tour - Wild Heaven BeerSo, somewhere, I got this idea...I'm going to tour every craft brewery in the state of Georgia, and do a blog post about it! Now I'm not a beer connoisseur by any means...in fact, my posts may very well be "tainted" to the lighter side of the beer offerings at each of these ...
