One Ivy Walk Vinings GA! - One of the most interesting and beautiful places to live in the Atlanta area is One Ivy Walk Vinings GA, a 7-year-young mixed-use gated community of luxurious European-inspired townhomes. Office, retail and restaurant space round out this community and make it a popular destination to live, work and play. This dynamic community is just far enough outside of Atlanta’s northwest perimeter to avoid Atlanta’s high taxes, and just on the inside fringe of popular and prestigious Vinings. It looks like a bunch of apartments on top of retail space at first glance, but no, no, no, make no mistake - One Ivy Walk Vinings GA is much much different than that. Distinctively designed architecture featuring a mix of brick and hardiplank exteriors, along with a variety of elev...

Although Vinings is not a city, it is one of the main attractions of Cobb County. The Creek and Cherokee Indians settled here because of its proximity to the Chattahoochee River; settler Hardy Pace launched a ferry operation here in the 1830s; and, the Western & Atlantic Railroad established Vinings as a major crossroads. Vinings is still a bustling center of activity, featuring charming outdoor shopping areas and fine dining.   Vinings is a great place to find homes for families. In fact, the many great qualities of Vinings ensure there is always a great selection of Vinings homes for sale.   Because Vinings is such a sought-after location, it’s often hard to find great deals.   Luckily, we do see some Vinings foreclosures pop up every once and awhile. To help you find the latest...

The Week in Review: It was a volatile week for mortgage interest rates as economic news reports toggled back and forth from optimistic to pessimistic. On the week, home loan rates moved slighted higher. What to expect: This weekly rate update has been like a broken record over the last month. Again this week, the markets will move more from events in Europe than from economic reports here in the US. News from Europe seems to be more confusing and conflicting each day which makes it close to impossible to predict a direction for interest rates. We have a full slate of economic data to digest about the US economy this week. Key inflation reports are some of the most important. Large deviations from expectation could cause movement. We continue to suggest taking advantage of the current ...
