Today, I'm multi-tasking.  I am sitting on my front porch, typing a blog on ActiveRain and hosting a yard sale.  My home was overrun this year as I took over my brother's estate and I am now finally ready to let go.  Maybe some of his items will find useful new homes and a little of him and his wonderful energy and nature will carry on through the light of the universe.   Several of the people that are stopping by are from my own neighborhood.  What a wonderful way to meet the neighbors and introduce myself as a specialist right here at "home"! I have listed and sold about a half a dozen homes over the years in our Powder Springs community of Country Lake and Country Lake Farm and I love the neighborhood!  We are an older subdivision, so we have larger lots (1/4 to 3/4 of an acre) than ... 09/26/2014
