So I ran into an interesting scenario this week in the Brookhaven real estate market that's plaguing a lot of buyers. It's not just happening there, but everywhere with intown Atlanta real estate! The key to managing this problem is to have an action plan that's proactive so that you're not reactive! It started on Wednesday when a new listing came out that morning and my buyer calls me right away to go see it. We get there around 3 PM and the house seems like a match. I wasn't sure if it was in line with comparable sales, so we decided to do some research before making an offer on it.
