I love movies and my husband and I don't always agree on which are the "must see in the theater" movies we try to go at least once a month.  You know date night.  The food is fantastic and they often have movies that other theaters are not showing.want to know what's playing call 706-999-9999 to find out ticket prices and what is playing.There's also a super website with trailers for what's coming soon.  I am happy to report that both Lake Oconee & Lake Sinclair are both completely full.  We have seen an increase in the amount of inquiries in the past month and my collegues and I fully expect this area to recover well ahead of the curve.  Last fall we went through our market corrections and listing prices across the board on both lakes dropped to market value.  Since the area continues to grow with the addition of new golf courses, Dell Webb, the commercial sector we expect that lake residents will begin to re-list at elevated price points.  With the recent interest rate cuts NOW is a excellent and unique opportunity for buyers because the market will become strong here before many other areas & sectors of the state and national markets.  If you have any questions please give me a call... 01/23/2008
