Don't miss the annual Duluth Fall Festival - Saturday 9/29 and Sunday 9/30 in downtown Duluth. Admission is free. Festival History — The Duluth Fall Festival has been an annual event for one quarter of a century. It is run completely by volunteers, who number over 350.
