I feel a little shaky, a little on edge, a lot grouchy and a bit sad. I haven't had that warm and fuzzy feeling for 14 days. I miss the smell and the sound. Nothing can make me feel the same. My cuddly 1200 lb beasty friends are my drug and I need them! While there has not been any significant winter weather at my house, 50 miles north where the little beasties live there has been ice and snow for the last two weeks. The weather has kept me away, I have come to truly resent the Georgia DOTs inability to deal with winter road problems. This is Tango.  He has a very sweet personality and is always eager to please.   He is also always EAGER TO BE PLEASED.   Tango, like most animals, is food driven.   He is on a schedule and he resents not being at the table feed bucket when dinner is served. Over the last couple of months, Tango has developed an interesting method of communicating his dissatisfaction with certain circumstances.   One of those circumstances is not having instant access to his evening ration of grain and hay. We also know that an inspection may turn up asbestos. so many folks have these issues dealt with and feel they are ready to market and sell. You get a contract you make it through an inspection. Last month, again, we saw a drop in first time home buyers on a national level. In many ways the deck is stacked against them. Yes the market is good . Interest rates are still low but...... Let take for example buying a HUD home. So you meet a couple looking for their first home. They do not have a lot of money, but they have good credit and stable jobs.
