Haven Realty & Investments put this home on the market on Wednesday the 27th. It had one showing that evening. Thursday we had 9 buyers come through and recieved 3 offers by 3:00 that afternoon. Sellers decided to give a highest and best deadline by Friday 5:00 as we already had 2 more showings set up for Friday afternoon. We ended up with 5 offers. Saturday morning I sat down with the sellers to review the offers.
