As of this post there are 29 actively listed new construction homes in Winter Haven, Florida with no CDD.Why such a specific search? I get asked a lot by people calling from my YouTube channel asking for homes with No CDD because they do not want the extra fee on their annual tax bill. They may also not want the community amenities like a Pool, Clubhouse, walking trails, and playgrounds that a CDD offers, just the new home.
