Well we are starting with a blank page ..... 2008It was a very "different" year with most buyers staying on the sideline.I think that we are experiencing a bottom in the market at this moment. Recently here in Orlando there has been a number of infomercials for USHOMEAUCTION.com their claim to fame is that they will help you buy a foreclosed home at reduced prices.  Skeptical of this infomercial I started to do some preliminary digging on this company and here is what I have found out as of today. On May 29, 2007 parents and students of Windermere Preparatory School were notified that the school's ownership had been transferred to the Meritas Corporation. This news came just before the June 1st summer dismissal. The Private College Preparatory School usually starts and ends their school year a little later than the public school system.Windermere Preparatory School went through some tough financial times before being bought out of bankruptcy by Ken Furnish and Jeff Anderson almost three years ago. In case you haven't noticed, I'm new here, but not new to blogging. I haven't seen any mention of Google Reader, so I thought I'd share a little about it. It's really nothing new, but if you read a few blogs, it will make your day much easier. Now, I'll confess, I'm already completely addicted to Google products (Gmail, calendar, spreadsheets, notebook)....almost everything. Hey - maybe that can be the topic of a few of my blogs. Google for Real Estate.    With google reader, there's nothing to download. You just go to Google Reader, and it will explain the setup. I usually leave it on all day to keep an eye on anything new.
