   I'm Going Bananas, because of next door!!!   A property that I have under contract is next door to this lovely site. Who doesn’t like bananas, since we all grew up eating them, and still do. These are little baby bananas which some folks like better. The claim is they are sweeter and they cook better. Frankly, I can’t tell the difference.

The West Palm Beach country club community of Ibis is recovering slowly from five years of declining home prices that ended throughout much of Palm Beach County in 2011. The number of home sales in Ibis increased nicely through the first eight months of 2014 and total prices are increasing at a good rate, but that is largely driven by enormous price gains of larger pricier properties at $400,000 or above.  Homes priced below $400,000 declined again for the period January through August 2014. Nearly two-thirds of the homes sold in Ibis are priced at or below $400,000.
