Well, here is my weekly update on what is going on in Point Alexis up in Tarpon Springs Florida. My Canadian client's new construction home hasn't progressed significantly in the last week.  Other than putting in the lanai pavers and some shelving in the closets throughout the house, I really cannot see whatelse has been completed. Truthfully, I thought it would be a little further along by now since it is supposed to be completed before the month is over. If I don't see significant changes by the time I check in again in a week, I am going to have to give the builder a call. They are probably waiting for an inspector to make the rounds and sign off on something....still, I do enjoy seeing that progress has been made since my last trip and this week is the first time since the project b... 05/06/2013

Point Alexis in Tarpon Springs Florida is a great place to live and there is some fantastic new home construction going on up there by Deeb Family Homes. This is the eighth week of my weekly updates for my Canadian clients that purchased up there. Since they won't be back down here until the home is complete toward the end of May, I am sending them photo updates so they can remain in the loop. Point Alexis new construction update in Tarpon Springs Florida. This is the fifth week since my Canadian buyers were here and I was out again on Friday, taking updated photos. The air conditioning duct work has been added and the electrical wiring looks like it is ready for that phase of the inspection. The plumbing has also been installed to a large extent. As for the roof, the shingle packs are on the roof and it looks like they are waiting for the inspector to come out before they continue there as well. It is great seeing the progress and I know my clients are excited to be able to see each phase of the work coming along at a steady pace.
