Ok Buyers, here is the deal! BUY NOW do not procrastinate any further, activity is now picking up and prices are now starting to creep up. Here in Hillsboourogh county Florida our inventory is starting to go down. Picture this, there is a huge storm, that storm brings floods and rivers are overflowing, however days later the sun is out and the waters are starting to recede.  Well the same is happening in our market, inventory is down, prices are creeping up slowly and guess what we are starting to see MULTIPLE bids on properites, just this weekend alone I had 3 offers on one of my properites, our REMAX office had 17 offers on different listing and out of these 17 offeres 10 of them were multiple offers! people are out bidding themselves to get these great deals!! My Alergies are not that bad, however my wife has been suffering these last few weeks ( poor thing). As I was watching the news last night a very interesting report came on about Alergies and a possible cure. Now here is my disclaimer, I dont know if this is true, I dont know if it will work, but it sure does make a lot of sense! Sales of exisiting homes rose 23% locally as homes prices here in Florida continue to plummet. This is the largest jump since September 2007!! what do you think this could mean? could it be just a fluke, or could be that the market is finally starting to get warm? My humble opinion I think we have finally hit the bottom and buyers are starting to realize that there are bargains out there and if they continue sleeping on these bargains they will miss the boat!!!! On another note  sales rose 23%  that means that inventory soon will start going down and demand will start going up. I will continue saying this until I am blue in the face! NOW is the time to buy do not procrstinate or you will "miss the boat"  Rates at historic lows, prices at rock bottom,  this is the time to to buy.

Well I must say it started on Friday night, I was perfect all day long and then around 7pm I started getting the chills, wierd, then the fever, 99, 100, 101, 102 ok thats not good. It went like this all weekend long. about 1o hours later my daughter same exact scenario!! then my other daughter same deal. oh noooooo whats going on? Took them to the Dr. well Strep throat and Scarletina fever, the Dr told me I better go and get seen too, I did, guess what same exact thing, and we are quarantined for 72 hours.  These last 3 days I have not been able to think, or even get on the computer. How true it is when the body is ill or not feeling good the brain will not and or does not want to function or do anything. So, I consider myself a computer savy kind of guy, I tinker here and there have take more than a few courses on computers and feel comfortable with them. However last night I think I crossed the line of no return.  Here is how it started: I pressed a button ! yep I did and pressed it with out reading. I was tinkering with "User Account" changing Administrator rights and passwords etc. after a few changes (mind you I had not finished) I was asked "in order for changes to take effect a re-start is needed, would you like to re-start" I said "Yes" and press the darn button. What I didnt know was that I had some how changed passwords and changed user names. I am assuming you see where I am going with this! RIGHT! at logon I am asked for user name and password? WHAT? Word has it that the Federal Reserve could possibly cut rates again on Wednesday, Halloween day. This would definitely be a great Halloween Treat.If they cut it at all, it is reported to most likey be eiter .25 or .50. This could be great news for home buyers and could take the real estate market moving again to end 2007 and start 2008 with a bang.  Buyers need to be informed that with all the great inventory in resale as well as new home inventory, they has never been a better time to buy a home in Tampa Florida.
