 Seniors Leaving the Family Home Need Patience   It was a beautifully tended yard and garden, neatly pruned, surrounding the family home. The pale yellow house under a canopy of live oaks was one of the most admired by friends and neighbors for years.  Three children were raised there.  The father, a stockbroker, lived there until he died several years ago.  His widow was so attached to the place, she hoped never to leave.
