Foxwood Stuart FL February 2015 Market Update  As of Feb 2015, there are two homes on the market in the Foxwood equestrian community in Stuart, FL.  The list prices are $449,900 and $549,900 for an average of $499,900 and this equals $178.74 per sq. ft. of living area.  Both of these are conventional sales. There are no pending sales awaiting settlement at this time. In the past 12 months there were three sales in this western Stuart community.  Sales prices ranged from $360,000 to $435,000 for an average of $398.666 which equals $146.39 per sq. ft. of living area.  These sales averaged a 94% list to sales ratio and none of these homes were in a distressed sales situation.
