Maritimes April 2015 Market Update As of April 2015, there are 3 condos on the market in the Maritimes Condos and Townhomes on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL.  Listing prices range from $214,900 to $685,000 with an average list price of $399.633 which equals $228.12 per sq. ft. of living area.  None of these condos are distressed sales.  (No foreclosure, bank owned or short sales.) There is 1 condo pending and awaiting settlement.  The list price is $299,500 which equates to $148.64 per sq. ft. of living area. There are three condos pending, awaiting settlement.  Prices range from $39,900 to $57,900 for an average of $48,933 which equals $54.13 per sq. ft. of living area.   None of these condo listings are distressed sales. Budweiser Clydesdales Visit Stuart FL Wednesday, Feb 25 was a big day in downtown Stuart FL as the Budweiser Clydesdale paid a visit and walked through downtown.  Philip Busch the president of Southern Eagle Distributing INC took this opportunity to unveil their donated bronze eagle for the revitalized downtown Stuart area on Colorado Ave. Here's the video, courtesy of TCPALM our local news outlet:   The Clydesdales will be on the Treasure Coast through March 5th, mainly at the Saint Lucie County Fair but also  will go to Vero Beach March 1.
