Fort Myers Parker Lakes is a friendly and well placed Development within 6 miles to the beach of Estero island with a dozen subdivision with single homes, some on lake frontage, to townhouses to condos. Many of the subdivisions have reasonable to very reasonable monthly fee. Some of the subdivision have an open feeling about it, some have gates some are open such as a residential streets.
