Sellers 1099 could have been $50,000 less We listed a Short Sale property here in Treasure island about one year ago, within weeks we had an offer, submitted all the paperwork to the bank, bank lost it 3 times, we resent everything, bank assigned a negotiator who never answered the phone, we waited forever on the BPO, after that the bank AGAIN took their merry time and month later came back with a ridiculous counter offer. With the higher gas prices and the cost of living going up by the day I wonder if this will change again. Honda Grand Prix in St. Petersburg 2011 It is this time of the year again, all kinds of outdoor event are going on in St. Petersburg. The weekend of March 25th to 27th we have the Hondo Grand Prix in downtown St. Pete. It is a great event that attracts lots of people. It's Grand Prix time again in St Petersburg. Some of our downtown streets will turn into racetrack for the 2011 Grand Prix on March 25-27, 2011. Preparations are evident as barriers are put up along streets and trailer trucks block intersections. People either love or hate the Grand Prix with its excitement, crowds and NOISE. Some of the downtown condos have prime viewing, such as Bayfront Tower and Signature Place. Condo owners will often either throw a party or leave town! There is also general seating and VIP seating. As you can see in the photo, some people choose to watch the St Pete Grand Prix from their yachts.  Downtown St Pete is an exciting place to visit and a great place to live. 03/11/2011

I have copied the article over this absolutely horrible injustice. I am a parent with a child who has severe allergies so I do understand what this parent is going through.  Before having my daughter Emma, I honestly thought allergies were made up in your head.  I had no allergies, and just thought it was an excuse to eat what they wanted.  Well that changed 5 years ago.  I can tell you now that I am informed and understand how allergies work.   Last night I drove the 5 minutes from my house to The Palladium Theater in downtown St Pete to enjoy an incredible evening of music. The Palladium Theater, built in 1925 in the Romanesque Revival style, as the First Church of Christ, Scientist, was filled to capacity. (In 1998 it became a theater for the Florida Orchestra with the original 1926 Skinner organ remaining in the building.)  A friend of mine, Roy Book Binder put the show together & also emceed it with great humor.  Not only were we treated to 4 hours of  incredible music & story telling but also a musical history of the blues & of the old time players who have influenced so many musicians in every genre of music.
