   The St. Petersburg neighborhood of Woodlawn consists of approximately 136 single family homes built primarily from 1920 to 1949. The architectural styles include Colonial, Dutch Colonial, Tudor, Cape Cod and Ranch. Approximately 50 of the homes are two story.
