Fruit Salad w/ Banana Bread Croutons from the Resident Chef's Kitchen

Ingredients: 4 Pieces of Banana Bread Without Nuts 1/2 Cup Vanilla Coffee Syrup 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves Chopped Your Choice of Fresh Fruits (Some Suggestions: 1 Fresh Pineapple Cut into Chunks, 1 Quart Fresh Strawberies Sliced, 1 Mango Cut into Chunks, 2 Bananas Cut into Slices, 2 Kiwis Cut into Chunks, 1 Apple Cut into Chunks, 1 Pear Cut into Chunks, 1/2 Pint Raspberries, 1/2 Pint Blackberries, 1 Orange Cut into Chunks) Method: On a baking sheet pan, butter banana bread and cut into crouton sized squares. With buttered side up, place baking sheet pan under broiler in the oven and broil until croutons are browned and crunchy. Mix vanilla sytup and mint leaves together and set aside.
