  Port Richey, FL - Timber Oaks Home Sold and Closed. The well-loved  home on Sierra Nevada Dr. now has a new family to love and take care of it. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in a 55+ neighborhood was only on the market for a few days before going under contract.   The home has lots of pink accents and Mrs. Buyer loves pink and she is very happy with her new home.     Closing was delayed two weeks by the lender, and we closed at 5:30 on Wednesday evening (the day before Thanksgiving). No funding for anyone, of course, because we didn’t finish till 6:30 and the lender couldn’t wait.
