Well, I just got home from the gym and thought you Pompano Beach residents and those of you located nearby in Lighthouse Point and Deerfield Beach might be interested in checking out The Firm Fitness Center.  They offer Boxing, Yoga, Aerobics, Spinning, and other fitness classes. The facility is for females and males.  There are separate rooms for the Ab machines and the classes.  All the other machines are in the main area of the gym and they have a wide selection of Cardio and other equipment.  For those of you who have kids, they have a room for kids, but I'm not sure what the babysitter schedule is.  There's also a Sauna and a Tanning bed.  Massage Therapy is also offered and there's a "clinic" there that's staffed with a Chiropractor. It looks really cool and I've been hearing great things about it!  The Isle includes a Casino, Horse Racing, Dining, and other entertainment.
