Yesterday I posted about Trulia and how I found a buyer. Well this buyer registered on my website for single family homes in East Plantation. He had been receiving matches to what he was looking for and we set up a date this past Friday to go look as some of them. Well it turns out for some reason one of the homes didn't print, and would you know it was the one he really wanted to see.Now I cc all matches that go out to myself as a back up. If you don't do this I suggest you start. I pulled out my iPhoneand logged into my email, pulled up his match and was able to show the flyers to him with address and pictures of the home. One by one we looked at them and found the one he wanted.I called my husband at home for him to log into my MLS and pull the listing information. Thank God I showed...
