  Father Hines  was the closest human manifestation to Santa Clause I ever saw. He had a wonderful white beard, rotund belly and a smile that made you glad to be in his presence. As 2008 comes to a close, I want to wish everyone a Merry CHRISTmas (instead of happy holidays), and tell you what to expect from the real estate market for 2009.        Buyers will have an unbeleivable time to not only get houses at their lowest prices in years,  but the interest rates are at low levels no one expected to see.  Just like we saw in gas prices, the market has to adjust for the economy to survive.  This means that houses will once again start to sell at incredible deals and the values will then increase soon after.      Sellers that have to sell asap need to get their homes ‘priced right' immediately and stop trying to play the ‘wheel and deal' game.
