I am starting on a new venture with By Referral Only and hope to post about it. I went to a main event several years ago and then again last year. While most of my friends are with Brian Buffini and Howard Britton, only two were with BRO. I chose BRO because they seem to be more in tune with my goals as well as those of the team. I hope that they are as ready to work, as I am. Having closed on average of 21 deals a month for 4 years on average we just cannot get over the hump. So we all decided on going this route to see if it truly can help. Nine months ago I put an offer in for a client on a pre foreclosure, now called a short sale.  The offer at the time was full price (what the seller owed the bank) minus $11,000 worth of attorney fees. We, along with the listing agents have after we started counting 116.25 hours in long distance phone calls to BOA. We have been around the world starting in India then Malaya's, Costa Rica and the USA. All we need was a yes or no, even a counter would have been good. We have extended the contract twice now and even have left it on the market with two other offers coming in at $40,000 and 72,000 less.
