Congratulations to the Kelloggs and Hatch on the sale and purchase of a beautiful Grand Lagoon front condo in Panama City Beach, Florida.St Thomas Square 114 sold and closed on 12/29/17 for $176,000. This one didn't last long. It was under contract in 14 days, however seven of those days were negotiations between the buyer and seller.This is the second highest price sold in St Thomas Square in 2017 and tied at $176/sq ft with one other unit sold below this one on 10/22/17 (both sold by Scott Pope with Nautical Propeties).There aren't any villas currently on the market.
