Government Home Loans FHA/VA/USDA in Panama City Florida are still being used in most purchase transactions. I specialize in FHA, USDA, VA Loan products. When it comes to less out of pocket expense at a rate that is competitive with other lenders such as the conventional types more people are choosing to go with the Govies; which are aka FHA, VA and USDA Loans.  However lenders are not always willing to adopt into practice the new programs being passed down byHUD. Spring Break brought a ton of visitors to the area.  Spring Break weekend of March 19th was 100% occupancy at the beach.  The clubs and restaurants, the grocery stores and WalMart were all over capacity with people and running low on supplies.  Traffic was nearly at a stand still on Front Beach Rd. as I tried to show Gulf Front Condos.  I went about 3 miles in 1 hour and was entertained along the way.  Why so busy?  Spring Breakers love Panama City Beach and why not?  Our beautiful white sandy beaches are among the best in the world.  The temperatures have been terrific too. This month in Panama City Beach, FL there are 1,110 condos avaiilable for sale.  Wow, that is a lot of inventory.  Of these the lowest priced condo is $37,900 for 480 square foot of space and the highest price condo in Panama City Beach today is $1,400,000. Of these 1,110 condos for sale there are 738 of them that are directly on the Gulf of Mexico.  The lowest priced Gulf Front condo is $62,000 and the highest priced condo is $1,400,000.
