Palm Harbor Florida - January 2012 Market Report January 2012 was a busy month for the real estate market here in Palm Harbor Florida! There were 41 single family homes that closed and they were as follows: On the high end was a single family home in Highlands of Innisbrook that listed at $899,000 and sold after only four days on the market for $850,000. Somebody got a sweet deal on a beautiful Mediterranean style home in a lovely gated community! Switching gears to the lowest priced single family home closing, we find a small two bedroom home in Lake St George that was listed at 60k and sold for 54k. Sales Price/Sq Ft: High: $211.92 Low: $  43.48 Average Time On Market: 97 days! In the category of townhomes, villas and condos there were 30 closings during January 2012 in Palm Harbor Fl...

Tada.....here is the new Charles Rutenberg Realty advertisement on my SUV. It was installed this morning and while they were busy installing it, Ronnie and I went out for lunch. The installation took just over an hour. The QR code is a decal that was made separately and put on top of the perforated window logo after it was installed. Signs by Tomorrow did this and I am extremely pleased with the job they did! When it comes time to trade this car in, I will have them install another on my next SUV. This is my very own moving billboard! I have to say, it is probably the least expensive advertising I have done in a while and I think I like it best!

The Witch's Brew is holding a Full Moon Fireside Circle tonight in old downtown Palm Harbor Florida.   The drumming circle begins at 7pm this evening at 1219 Florida Avenue, just off Alt 19 in downtown Palm Harbor. There will be Tibetan and crystal singing bowls but feel free to bring your drum of choice along with you to add to the music. If you have never been to the Witch's Brew, you need to check it out! In addition to a great time, you will also find ice cream, coffee, tea, wine and beer available at the Witch's Brew. And if you look carefully, you will find the Yellow Brick Road there as well.....................

Palm Harbor Florida's Holiday Parade - Saturday, December 10th in old downtown Palm Harbor. This year's Holiday Parade will be taking place tonight in Old Downtown Palm Harbor and the parade kicks off at 3pm! There will be floats and, of course, Santa Claus will also be on hand! Be sure to addend this event this afternoon in Palm Harbor Florida! After the parade be sure to stop in for dinner at one of the wonderful local restaurants right in Old Downtown Palm Harbor Florida.

Palm Harbor Florida Market Report - November 2011   There were 54 single family homes that closed in the month of November here in Palm Harbor Florida. On the high end was a magnificent 3 story Gulf front pool home on Inidan Bluff Island. This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath 3909 sq ft home offers unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balconies! Complete with dock, lift and davits this beautiful home was listed at $1,350,000 and closed after 153 days on the market for only $1,200,000!   At the other end of this list we find a 2 bedroom 1 bath 797 sq ft home in Lake Saint George. Celestial Circle in old downtown Palm Harbor Florida is right next door to the Witch's Brew and my destination this afternoon. I needed a special card for a friend and knew exactly where to head to find it. While there, I decided to take a few photos to show everyone the fantastic metaphysical items that are carried at Celestial Circle. There were psychic readings taking place today as well. From there I went next door (through the connecting French doors) to the Witch's Brew for a cup of vanilla ice cream and a few more photos. The Witch's Brew has live music every Friday and Saturday from 8-11pm. If you are in the area, be sure to check it out! Indeed, there are title companies and then there are title companies. The one type of title company does what is required by law - no more and, hopefully, no less. These title companies do not remain late so closings can take place, they are certainly not there on holidays and when the closing is over, it IS OVER! And then there are the other title companies, the ones that go above and beyond! Such a title company is Tropical Title Company of Palm Harbor Florida. Witchstock in Palm Harbor Florida is over for another year. I stopped by while Leslie Klein, owner of the Witch's Brew, was setting things up for the annual event.     Witchstock is always a lot of fun and everyone comes out for the event. This is just one of the many things I love about living just around the corner from Old Downtown Palm Harbor (yes, Crystal Beach is actually just around a bend in the road).     Although Witchstock is over, you can still stop by the Witch's Brew for a bottle of Vampire Blood red wine to celebrate the holidays!     And while you are there be sure to try some of their fantastic ice cream! Palm Harbor Florida Market Report for September 2011 is as follows: There were 65 single family homes sold in Palm Harbor Florida during September 2011. On the high end we find a 4 bedroom 4 bath home in Lansbrooks exclusive Rockwood. This 3659 sq ft pool home, situated on over a half acre of land, was listed at $579,900. After 107 days on the market this home sold for $550,000. At the other end of the list of single family homes that sold during September 2011 we find a modest 1 bedroom 1 bath home with 694 sq ft in the Lake St George area.
