Pinellas County Florida School registration is upon us once again and although it is something that I have not had to deal with in years, this is the beginning of something new.........Grandma getting involved with school registration. Yes, my little granddaughter will be coming into Kindergarten in the Fall and like so many parents, my daughter has to deal with registration. Since she works in a high school, she is working during registration hours.....so Oma (German for Grandma) to the rescue! Today I called three charter schools to get the little Munchkin registered.....we will see where she ends up but by registering in four charter schools (one was done already), her chances are excellent that she will land in one of them! Florida Real Estate Recovery - Median Sale Prices Rising Florida single family home sale prices are indeed an their way back up. Naturally, it is going to be a slow process, we are all aware of that but just seeing prices edging back up is a good sign. Median sale prices for single family homes are up 5.3% over a year ago and an indicator that it is time to purchase if you are even remotely considering it!
