This was a short-sale that went under contract at the beginning of February. After many issues with the seller’s  lender, we finally resolved all of them and closedlate yesterday. The buyers stayed with us all through-out the nonsense and were very excited about finally closing. They told us all about their plans for making changes to the home, and there is a baby buyer on the way.
