While many people have discussed the downturn in the Palm Beach florida real estate market heavily in the past year in a negative way, I feel the market is finally settling down and in a position to really be a great investment area again.  The location is wonderful and there really is nothing like living in sunny South Florida right next to the Beach.  With the baby boomers beginning retirement the population is only going to increase and where do you think they want to retire.  And as a bonus, the Job outlook is only getting better, with the new Scripps Jupiter location, Max Plank institute and all of the new retail in Palm Beach Gardens. And that said, I'm not the only one who thinks this.  Entrepreneur magazine just did a great article on the Best places to buy and bet to avoid.  Pal...

Well, its funny, everyone has been talking about how bad the market has been in Palm Beach florida area real estate.  Personally, I while they prices have definitely declined from their highs in 2005, buyers are still here and the market is still selling.I will admit, I live on the Riverfront in Jupiter and deal heavily with clients looking for Intra-coastal homes, riverfront and other mid to high end communities.  So, many of the clients I work with are looking for large estate homes in the $750,000 to $5Million+ range.  I guess that is part of why it's been a good year.  While the numbers for Palm Beach County came out as an overall decline, the largest, most expensive homes in the $1 Million+ range are still selling very well and are actually up significantly from last year.  I have...

Slowly but surely the Luxury Homes market is picking up in Palm Beach, while Palm Beach real estate is slow people are still moving. I know the people her in Palm Beach have money, however, they got their money by being smart and getting good deals. We have a beautiful Oceanfront condo on Palm Beach for sale for $1.4M. Specializing in Palm Beach Real Estate and working with the high end buyers can be just as difficult as any other buyer, sometimes they can be more demanding. People know what they want and sometimes they want a lot.Charlene Stancil - Palm Beach Florida Real Estate Specialist for Luxuy Homes Florida.

Yesterday I received a call from a potential buyer who had seen a new listing of mine on the WEB.  I was so excited to have my phone ring!!!  Summer time in Florida is usually on the slow side but with a slow Real Estate Market its been slower.  They wanted to see the property immediately.  Of cause I told them!   I'll meet you in an hour.   I went to the property which is located in Palm Beach on South Ocean Drive, a beautiful stretch of million dollar condo's.  My listing is at $1.395.   The clients turned out to be a delightful couple from Canada.  They loved my listing but felt they needed to look around more.  I sensed an opportunity since they had come on their own, so I told them that I would be happy to take them around the area.  They agreed to meet with me today.  As I made my...

ActiveRain's own Marc Blasi is one of the real estate "rookies" highlighted in the July 2007 Florida Realtor Magazine. The article, " Smart Starts: Rookie Success Stories", is written by Michele Lerner.  Marc has already sold $1.3 million worth of real estate!  (That doesn't sound like a rookie to me).  He is both a Licensed Florida Mortgage Broker and REALTOR® in Palm Beach, Florida. Congratulations Marc.
