Home prices in Palm Beach Gardens declined nearly five percent in March, 2015 providing wonderful opportunities for serious buyers.At the same time the number of sales are soaring and inventory is declining.  While it is still very possible to find Palm Beach Gardens buyers a perfect home, the sales trend is indicating that when your buyer finds the right home, a prompt offer should be made.  The median sales price of all homes sold in Palm Beach Gardens in March was $286,250, down nearly five percent from a year ago and down eight percent from February sales.  The median price reflects half of the homes sold at a higher price and half sold lower.Moderately priced homes are still dominating the market with 53 percent of the homes selling at or below $300,000 and 80 percent of the homes ... 04/24/2015
